How do I place my order with Aventuras Brillantes?
What if it’s a gift for someone else?
Once you’re in the cart and just before you confirm your purchase, you can indicate whether your billing address is different from the address where you want the Aventuras Brillantes package to be delivered. There you’ll also find a notes section, where you can tell us if you’d like the package to include a personalized message, or who the letters should be addressed to.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal.
Which countries do you ship to?
Anywhere on planet Earth 😉.
When will I receive my shipment? Which carriers do you use?
We ship by post from Spain to anywhere in the world, so delivery times may vary. However, if you haven’t received your product after three weeks, please contact us and we’ll make sure you have the magic of letters from the past—with very bright adventures—in your hands as soon as possible.
The books are currently in the “warming up the oven” stage, so you’ll receive them right at the end of summer 2025. Everyone who orders their books during the summer will get an extra surprise 🙂
What if a book or a letter arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?
If a book or a letter arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll send a replacement.
What is your data privacy policy?
We comply with the GDPR data protection law, which means we protect the personal data you provide and it will be used strictly to offer you good service.
Can I cancel my order or subscription?
We’d hate to see you go, but rest assured that:
If you want to cancel the book shipment, you can do so within the next 24 hours, which is how long it takes us to process it for dispatch to your destination. Once it has been sent, the corresponding shipping cost will be charged.
As for the letters subscription, you can end it whenever you like—just allow a 30-day window so you don’t receive the next adventure shipment.
